   It's kinda funny that you show the second YouTube profile design, which we all complained about being far less customisable than the original profile design when it launched. Just goes to show how far we've fallen, that what was a downgrade back then is an unattainable ideal today.

   I foolishly thought that MySpace would be more popular than Facebook because it was more customizable. But I guess smaller device formatting explains the supremacy of Facebook.

    Speaking of ringtones, I grew up in the 80s and 90s and used to like customizing them, but I went purely silent around 2015s.
    I think partly from an overwhelm of too many texts, calls – perhaps it's from a place of needing more parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) regulation in our digitally distracted / always on world today.

    Napster's existence and downfall has given me an unnatural hatred of Metallica that persists to this day. My early early 20's broke self back then used Napster to find and get not so common music from the ambient genre I had just discovered. Good times.

    I hope ui design goes back to the look of the 2000s. I have been using PCs since the 80s and the current flat design is ugly to me. As far as I am concerned the "modern" flat design looks like 80s icon sets with tighter pixel density and a larger colour palette. Yuck. Pretty bad when the icons on my Apple II GS didn't look that different.

    For the "lost phone" scenario, my tic watch has a "find my phone" app that will make it ring loud even if my ringer is set to vibrate only. My phone rarely rings for anything else lol.

    my dad had "come together" by the beatles as his ringtone for everyone except for one person, he had the imperial march from star wars set as his ring tone for calls from my mom and no one else.

    The "Nickelodeon toy" you're thinking of is actually a Video Now, by Tiger Electronics. Spesifically, the one with the trivia games was the Video Now XP.

    Stop calling it Fruitier Aero!!! Its just aero! Thats it, thats what its always been! Your videos are amazing, but until half a year ago when I wanted them for the first time I had never heard that term before. It has always just been aero theme "Oh I love aero graphics" I had never heard anyone call it "frutiger aero" & now all of a sudden its everywhere that term. Aero is the theme, Frutiger is just a default font. We never needed & very often didn't have Frutiger to have Aero.

    You're videos are highly influential but you're perpetuating thing renaming of history. I don't know anyone online or in real life still who seriously calls it frutiger aero, its always just been aero.

    I leave my phone on silent all the time because I'm almost always using it to listen to YouTube or Spotify, and I can't stand when a notification interrupts what I'm listening to
