ज्यादा से ज्यादा सुरक्षा लगाने पर कम खर्च आएगा और युद्ध होने पर बहुत ज्यादा खर्च होगा युद्ध से गरीबी बढ़ती और सुरक्षा में कम लागत होगी,,,इसलिए कश्मीर में सुरक्षा बढ़ाने में कंजूसी ना दिखाएं
