Para resolver o problema é só criar uma IA para o mundo todo e fazer ela aprender com todas as culturas como se fosse uma criança aprendo a viver em sociedade, assim, criaríamos uma IA para cada nação, país e valor ético diferente.

Minha opinião é que cada um humano que possa e saiba fazer, já vá trabalhando em seu próprio projeto de gerador de pulso eletromagnético capaz de neutralizar qualquer tipo de máquina rebelde. E já estamos atrasados…
