"Exit now; investing in HCL is a waste. There’s no healthy work environment at HCL. They are recruiting 10+2 qualified individuals for a salary of just ₹10,000.

The last financial year’s hikes haven’t been released.

On paper and in the media, they portray themselves as a big company, but in reality, they’re not even capable of giving a 1% hike to employees.

How can employees be expected to work with just a 1% hike?

Customers are unaware that HCL employs 10+2-qualified individuals. HCL claims they are well-trained but doesn’t disclose their actual qualifications. Customers should ask for these details.

Experienced professionals are being ignored. HCL only cares about headcount, not skilled or competent employees."

Exit Karo, investing on HCL is waste. No healthy environment in HCL. They are recurting 10+2 for 10k salary.

Last financial hikes not released.

On paper and media they are showcasing it as a big company.
In reality they are not capable to give 1℅ hike to employees.

How can employees do work with a 1% hike?

Customers not aware of 10+2 employees. HCL telling to customers they were well trained but not telling their qualification

Customers need to ask for their education details.

Ignoring experienced people. They need head count, not stuffed employees.
