ग्रोक पर प्रतिबंध की पहल और प्रयोग करने और कराने बालों की मुंह की खानी पड़ेगी। भारत में आईटी एक्ट – 2000 की सुसंगत धारा – 4 के तहत जबाब का विधिमान्य आदान प्रदान हो रहा है। और यदि भूल से प्रतिबंध लगाने का थोड़ा भी प्रयास किया गया या कराया गया तो प्रत्येक विधिमान्य किया गया आदान प्रदान समस्त जवाब और सवाल को भारतीय लोक अभिलेख अधिनियम – 1997 की सुसंगत धारा – 12 {2} के तहत पहले शिकायत / वाद करने के लिए दाखिल करना होगा और प्रत्येक परिवाद / शिकायत को फिर पुनःउसी आईटी एक्ट – 2000 की सुसंगत धारा – 44 {क} के तहत परिवादों / शिकायतों की सुनवाई अथवा जांच के क्रम में भी लोक अभिलेखों में हीं अभिलेखित करना होगा। और नहीं करने की अवस्था में प्रत्येक लोक अभिलेखों की अभिलेखित नहीं करने दसा (अवस्था) में राशि – 150,000 (एक लाख पचास हजार) रुपये की शास्ति अधिरोपण की कार्रवाई से पहले स्वयं अधिरोपित होगा। !! जय अनार्य, जय भारत, जय संविधान, जय विज्ञान !!
