FYI, kalo AI nya pake lisensi tertentu ga bisa di pake buat komersional lho, contohnya.
1. Licenses Non-Commercial (NC) – Seperti Creative Commons Non-Commercial (CC-NC), yang secara eksplisit melarang penggunaan untuk tujuan komersial.
2. Lisensi Riset atau Akademik – Beberapa model AI hanya diizinkan untuk penelitian dan pendidikan, bukan untuk bisnis atau layanan berbayar.
3. Lisensi Open-Source Terbatas – Seperti lisensi yang mengizinkan penggunaan dan modifikasi, tetapi melarang distribusi ulang dalam produk komersial (misalnya, model AI dengan lisensi seperti RAIL – Responsible AI License).
4. Term of Service atau End User License Agreement (EULA) – Beberapa model open-source masih memiliki syarat penggunaan yang melarang komersialisasi, meskipun kode tersedia untuk umum.
Konsekuensi jika tetap menggunakan secara komersial:
Tuntutan hukum – Pemilik lisensi atau pengembang asli bisa menuntut bisnis yang melanggar lisensi.
Penghapusan atau denda – Platform yang mendistribusikan aplikasi berbasis model AI ilegal dapat dituntut untuk menghapusnya atau dikenai denda.
Pemutusan akses – Jika AI digunakan dalam layanan berbasis cloud atau API, akses bisa dicabut jika ketahuan melanggar ketentuan lisensi.
Kerusakan reputasi – Pelanggaran lisensi bisa merusak reputasi perusahaan atau individu di komunitas AI dan teknologi.
